Delisting

Further to the announcement issued on 30 March, the Company announces that it has been unable to appoint an alternative Nominated Adviser and Broker. In accordance with Rule 1 of the AIM Rules the listing of the Company's securities will be cancelled with effect from Friday 1 May at 07:00. The Board of the Company continue to investigate various strategic alternatives for the Company and will advise holders of the Company's securities with developments when appropriate.
Stakeholders will be kept up to date via the Company's website and through announcements on the RNS Reach system in due course.
