Directors' Share Dealing

The Company has been informed today that Alex Scott-Barrett, a director of the Company, transferred 1,903,597 ordinary shares of 90 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 19 March 2009 from a direct beneficial holding into his SIPP at a price of 0.50 pence per share. There is therefore no change in the beneficial holding of Alex Scott-Barrett who holds 1,903,597 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.55% of the issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
